Is the No-Sweat Intro really free?

Yes. Free, no card required, no follow-up sales sequence. We'd rather have a real conversation up front than convert you on a free trial.

Will I have to work out?

Nope. You can if you want — but most people don't. It's a 30-minute walk-through and conversation. Wear whatever you came in.

What if I'm out of shape or new to lifting?

That's most people who come here. We meet you where you are. There's no fitness test, no benchmark workout, no judgment.

What programs do you offer?

Two main tracks: small-group semi-private coaching (4 people max per coach) and individualized programs you run on your own with regular coach check-ins. We'll figure out which fits at the intro.

How much does membership cost?

It depends on the program. We'll walk you through pricing transparently at the intro — no contracts, no initiation fees, cancel anytime.

Where are you and is parking easy?

We're in central Ballard. Free street parking on most surrounding blocks, plus a small lot on-site. We'll send the exact address when you book.
